Senad Mavrić was born in 1970. He graduates from the Secondary school for fine Arts in Sarajevo, in 1989, as the art technician for applied arts. The same year, he enters the Academy for Fine Arts as full-time student of graphic design all until the beginning of the war.

From 1984 to 1992 he is assisting in the Strip Art Features where his symptoms of extreme passion for the ninth art prevail. He proceeds with his studies in Le Mans, (France) in 1994, and completes them in Orlèans (France) at the Institute for Visual Art, department of Visual Communication.

From 1997 to the end of 1999., he collaborates with the Sarajevo Magazine DANI and initiates the first and unique edition of a BH comic book Magazine NOĆI. During the war, we works on stories for the comic booklet “Mom, what is war?”, with which he introduces himself at his exhibition in multimedia center FNAC in Le Mans, France, in early 1998., as well as other collective exhibitions in Rijeka (Croatia), in the end of 1998., in Géneve (Switzerland), in 1999., and Angoulême (France), in 2000.

From year 2000 to the end of 2012, he works as Graphic designer in various companies. He returns to work on comic books in 2013 when, in collaboration with Filip Andronik, he published graphic novel “Gangs-MS 13”, for the French publisher Casterman-Jungle.

The collaboration with Andronik continues as he published the 11th book from French series “L’homme de l’année-1889” for French publisher Delcourt. At the same time, in 2015, he works on another book for the same publisher, “Cette machine tue le fascistes”, and it was published on March 2016. (This album was also published in Bosnian in very limited number of copies, Spanish, Bosnian, Dutch and polish language).

Collaboration with Filip continued and from 2016 till 2019. as they finished together several books for the same french publisher: “L'homme de l'annee T12-1927”, sequels for “Cette machine tue le fascistes” from which becomes a series of albums titled “Machines de guerre” by neme “Krieg Machine” (Prix histoire on Festival Bulles d'Aire in Evreux, 2018) , “Dream Team”, “L'Etoile de Koursk” and in between, one more which he did alone, titled “Le loup gris” following the last one of the series, “Le Boucher de Stonne”.

In summer 2022, he published Integral versions of "Krieg Machine" and “Dream Team” albums in Bosnian language. He just finished another book titled “100 derniers jours d’Hitler” with Filip A. which will be published by the end of 2023. At the same time, he is working on several personal graphic novels projects.

From 2012 on, he works in Foundation fami (www.fondacijafami.org) as project assistant on “Strengthening nursing in Bosnia and Herzegovina” project.
